Closed beta on Android

The interval timer you can read from across the room.

Plan stations, rounds, work and rest once. TrainBeat runs the session on a full-screen timer, counts down out loud and keeps your music in step, so you can coach instead of watching the clock.

A live preview of the timer. Phases change colour so everyone in the room knows what comes next.

8 languages, built in

Made for the way people actually train

  • Personal training

Save the session you repeat every week and start it with one tap. The voice counts the last seconds, so your eyes can stay on form.

  • Coaches and classes

Name every station, so the screen tells the group what is happening now and what comes next. Pause, add ten seconds or repeat a round without stopping the class.

  • Fitness studios

Put the timer on a tablet, or mirror it to a TV, where the whole room can see it. With Pro, show your studio name and logo above the clock.

Everything a training session needs, nothing it doesn’t

Build any interval format

Stations, rounds per station, work time, rest time and a transition to move between stations. Start from a template like Tabata, HIIT, Circuit or Stations, or set every value yourself.

  • Up to 20 stations and 10 rounds
  • Optional exercise name for every station
  • Get-ready countdown before the first interval

A timer built for distance

Huge numbers, a progress ring and full-screen colour for each phase: green for work, red for rest, blue for moving to the next station. The current and next exercise appear under the clock.

  • Station, round, elapsed and remaining time on screen
  • Screen stays on during the workout
  • Works on phones and tablets, and on a TV through screen mirroring

Sound that keeps the rhythm

Beeps and a spoken countdown for the last seconds of every phase, applause and confetti at the finish. Add your own MP3 files as a playlist; music fades out when you pause and comes back where it stopped.

  • Voice countdown uses your device’s text-to-speech voices
  • Separate volume for effects, voice and music
  • Choose whether music pauses with the timer or keeps playing

Your workouts, in your language

TrainBeat speaks English, Hebrew, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Romanian. Hebrew and Arabic run fully right to left. Saved workouts stay on your device and can be backed up to a file.

  • Saved workout library with one-tap start
  • Export and restore workouts as a JSON file
  • Seven colour themes and your own branding in Pro

How it works

From an empty screen to a running class in a few minutes.

  1. Create a workout

Tap New Workout, give it a name and pick a template or set your own stations and rounds.

  2. Set stations and timing

Adjust work, rest and transition time with the sliders. Add an exercise name for each station if you want it shown on the timer.

  3. Add music

In the Music tab, add one or more MP3 files from your phone. Reorder the playlist and see whether it covers the whole workout.

  4. Start and run the timer

Press Start Workout. A short countdown gets everyone ready, then the timer moves through every station and round on its own.

  5. Control the session

Tap the edge of the screen to open the control panel: pause and resume, skip, repeat, add or remove time, mute or lock the controls.

  6. Finish, save and back up

A summary appears at the end. Your workout is saved for next time, and you can export it to a file from Settings.
