This policy covers the TrainBeat app and the trainbeat.app website, both provided by Lekner AI Lab. In short: TrainBeat does not collect personal data. Your workouts stay on your device.
Data stored on your device
Workouts, settings, themes, music files you add, a custom logo and a custom finish sound are stored only on your device, inside the app. TrainBeat has no server and does not upload this data anywhere.
You can delete it at any time by deleting workouts and tracks in the app, by clearing the app’s storage, or by uninstalling the app.
No accounts, analytics or advertising
TrainBeat has no user accounts and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
Permissions and device features
The app keeps the screen on during a workout and reads files only when you choose them (music, a logo, a finish sound or a workout backup). It does not use the camera, microphone, contacts or location.
Android lists one permission for the app, internet access, which the app framework includes by default. TrainBeat does not use it to send your data anywhere.
The spoken countdown uses the text-to-speech engine installed on your device. That engine is provided by your device or its maker and is governed by its own terms.
Backups and files you share
If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include the app’s data in its device backup. This is a Google service controlled by your phone’s settings, not by TrainBeat.
When you export workouts, you choose where the file goes (for example Google Drive or email). That service then handles the file under its own terms.
Purchases
Pro is planned as a Google Play in-app purchase. Payments will be processed entirely by Google Play; TrainBeat will not see your payment details. The app will check with Google Play on your device whether Pro was purchased with your Google account.
Google Play
When you install TrainBeat from Google Play, Google processes data under its own policies. Google Play gives developers aggregated statistics, such as install numbers and crash or stability reports from users who share diagnostics with Google. We use them only to improve the app.
Beta testing
If you join closed testing, your Google account email is processed by Google (Google Groups and Google Play) to give you access, and we can see the list of testers. We use it only to run the beta, and you can leave the tester group at any time.
This website
trainbeat.app uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts, and fonts are served from this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Contacting us
If you email support, your message and email address are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox. We use them only to answer you and keep them only as long as needed for that.
Children
TrainBeat does not collect information from anyone, including children.

We will update this page when the app changes, for example when Google Play purchases become available, and change the date above.
